Looking for Belle Glos Pinot Noir. One local private wine business store surprisingly didn't have it. I learn from the inconvenience of getting into one store and finding out they didn't have what I was looking for. This time around, I called The wine guy via phone, in Smithtown and lookah here, they had exactly what I was searching for. The guy on the phone was nice and very helpful. Inside the shop they have a plethora of wine and liquor. They had what I needed and hopefully they'll have you covered too!

So happy I found this liquor/wine store. I always buy a case of Beach House wine to give to my travelers who rent my home in Cape Cod. I did not have to order the wine in advance like the other wine/liquor store. The wine guy had 3 cases of this wine. I was impressed with what they have in stock. The amount of workers working the floor. Restocking the shelves. I signed up for rewards. The Wine Guy is 4.3 miles from my home. So worth the ride. Patrick

I attended the Summer Wines tasting today. it was wonderfu! Lots of wines to sample, knowledgeable staff and a great fun vibe. My husband and I bought several new wines and a few favorites. Love The Wine Guy!

I have so much to say to show my gratitude to this lovely place, but I am having dinner while enjoying a glass of the delicious Pinot Noir that I picked up on saturday.....if you are reading this ...please, do yourself a favor and check out this place ....you will not be disappointed!!!! This place is a wine lover's dream! Wine on wine on wine!! Aisles and aisles of it, so many choices to choose from, its amazing! My boyfriend and I go here often when we're at his house. We like to choose a different wine each time to keep it interesting, and with this place, it seems like that will be possible for a long time!! The service here is pretty friendly and on weekends they usually have a table set up for tasting which is great! If your looking for an endless selection of wine, you should try this place out!

I wrote this review in 2013, I've been coming here for a few years now and its time for a fresh perspective. I highly recommend joining Super Saver club. (It's free) I've been contacted about Scotch tastings (???) and other great tasting events. The Bourbon, Scotch and Whiskey selections are very competitive. They have great selections compared to much smaller liquor stores that concentrate on the thoughtless "Grab a cheap bottle" and not much thought on premium liquors. Wines? It's in their name. There are so many regional selections, there is no way you'll be leaving without a good bottle of wine. I know a guy, a wine guy. If I need a good bottle of Scotch, tequila or a Pinot Noir, the wine guy will not disappoint.
